VISA Interac Debit Card Registration Problem

To place my BestBuy order, I tried to connect my Canadian VISA Interac debit card to PayPal account, but it does not work despite I put correct informations. Does anyone have same problem like me? If you had experienced and solved this problem, what did you do?

Make sure your billing address is identical to the address on your card billing statement.  These must match perfectly.  Make sure the name on the card is identical to the name on your billing statement as well.  If there is a middle initial, that must also be included.  Spelling is key, as any discrepancies will cause the registration process to fail.

Paypal does not accept all cards so you may get the message the card is declined. If the Visa you are trying to add is virtual or issued online you may need to try another card.
