I want to know why I didn't receive any verification code

I was told to verify my account to the website, but unfortunately for me I didn't receive my verification code early. And now I can't verify my account. What should I do?.

In your country you verify by adding and confirming a visa credit card.

Once you have added it then it takes a few days for the code to show up on your online banking for that card or your paper statement if you receive it in the post.

So how far did you get with that?
