Business Registration problem.

My paypal account was asking for additional information to confirm my identity as the account owner so I gave them my national ID and that was the 1st step done. Then came step 2 were they were asking me to give information about the business I'm running. They were asking for a business registration document which I dont have as this is an ONLINE business that isn't really anything official. I'm running a service selling things in a game... I really don't know what to do here. I have an important bill I am REQUIRED to pay but my paypal account is blocked.

Then why did you open a business account ?...

Sign up for and use a Business account to: 

• Operate under a company/group name  
• Accept debit card, credit card, and bank account payments for a low fee 
• Allow up to 200 employees limited access to your account 
• Access PayPal products such as PayPal Checkout

You're best bet is to reach out to customer services and explain and they may think its best for you to downgrade to a personal account?
