Unable to transfer crypto from Paypal

I have tried for weeks to transfer crypto from my Paypal account to a crypto wallet. I continue to get an message saying "Something went wrong. This happens sometimes - trying again may help fix the problem".

But trying again using different browsers,  the iphone app, and using the Paypal website with my Desktop pc gives me the same error message. Customer Support just tells me to keep trying.

I'd really appreciate more attention to resolving this issue. All were being told is to clear cache or try new browser when it's obviously an issue with Paypal

This problem has been going on for months now. I was able to eventually get all of my Bitcoin out, but ETH has been really difficult. In the past I could get up to 2 ETH out per attempt, then less than one ETH per attempt. Randomly I can get a transfer to work, but mostly I get the 'Something went wrong' error which isn't helpful at all. People need to speak up and make more noise about this!

He’s this has caused me to have to go buy PayPal’s ether based crypto and ether back and forth loosing much in pay pal transaction fees. Only PayPal’s ether based crypto has been able to transfer with no issue. But on exodus wallet you can’t convert pay pal crypto to ether with out having a certain amount of ether first. And I can’t transfer my ether out of PayPal. Very costly and frustrating.

Its becasue pay pal has an idiot fee system

In that you will be charged a fee from your account of card you use to buy the coin.

Then when you want to transfer the crypto coin, it charges a fee on that transfer.

That means suppose you want to send 2000 dollars of bitcoin....pay pal will add a fee after the fact onto the bit coin as well.

So if you say choose all of it paypal will make it error because they are tacking a fee on as well.  Making it require slightly more then what you are transferring.

This in turn causes the entire system to put up a flag as they call it and stop you from transferring anything for long periods of time unless you speak to an agent....which is difficult because their AI phone system is designed to not let you do that. (yes i can tell when it cant understand the term agent or customer service...but suddenly when it decides to send you it understands those terms....that means it was was done on purpose.)

I truly want them to list the fees as you type the amount you want to send...and not have this process system that will suddenly activate a flag to stop your transfers if you go back to alter how much you want to send.

Hope this helps....had some issues like this myself...until i realized their software was doing it because of whomever programmed the fee system. put it in at the wrong time for the process portion.  yes it goes through if you do not pay attention and use less then the total amounts you have but it deceptive and looks like things tacked on at the last second which of course triggers paypal security.
