Unable to link my bank account with PayPal which I did successfully previously.

I am using Chrome browser in India. I have received a confirmation mail from PayPal about my bank account. I have also received money in my personal account within a day from my PayPal account for my commissioned project. But now it has been more than 2 weeks since my payment was transferred to my personal bank account. What is the reason to put the transfer of my money on hold? PayPal has confirmed that my bank is linked but when I checked the "Banks and Cards" page it did not show my linked bank account as if it got unlinked automatically without me doing it, knowing it or I did not receive any email about it if there is some issue with my personal account PayPal team should report to me but this has not been done!!

I do understand that you have issue linking your bank account to your PayPal account. Please reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page to get help with your issue. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).

I can log in to my account, please mention the steps to connect over a phone call. Also, take it as feedback for the AI PayPal Assistant that it cannot answer my prompts correctly. PayPal had previously confirmed my bank account I don't know why again I have to link it I have tried multiple times to link but it says it cannot process my request at the moment. God knows when the moment will arrive.
