Trying to link a new card and edit an address and cant seem to do either...Just goes round and round

Am trying to add a new card that has the same address as another one. I keep being told I have another card with the same address and need to edit it first in My Money tab. I cant see a My Money tab and editing my address just takes me around to the same thing so I cant add it or edit the address..Help please
