Hello,My lovely supporters and friends indeed,i reeally need help on my account.paypal is a good,fast and reliable payment system for all us,but i have an issue that i want to solve,from helping or give suggestion. My question is how can i change my Residential Address on paypal,Cos i can't link bank or withdraw with my cards.i need your help supporters.
