Hi i want to withdraw my paypal balance to my bank account i did it a while ago it worked but now i try to do it again it gives me an error and this is it this account needs a little help to link it. contact us and we can help with that, or you can link a different account I live in finland and i tried to contact paypal by calling or the chat bot both says agent isn’t available thanks for the help
