change currency

Greetings, please help me, I have two diners cards added to paypal and I cannot change the currency from HRK to EUR via the control panel, can you do it for me or tell me how to do it?

dear paypal assistant Bindu, I’ve tried to get some help through your mentioned ways like Contact us option, but that didn’t get me far. Like many more Diners card owners from Croatia , I’m also having the issue regarding my preferred payment option - Diner card. As I’m from Croatia, our ex currency was HRK, and from beginning of new year 2023. we’ve entered in Eurozone currency, so EURO currency is our only valid payment. Please can you make the effort and change the option of payment from HRK to EURO? I Have to emphasize that we DONT HAVE THE other option in selecting other currency in paypal account. Please can you help, Because right know we can’t use Diners card on PayPal to pay online , kind regards, Vanja

I have exact same problem, PayPal should switch all Croatian owned Diners cards from HRK to EUR or give users a way to do so. I tried deleting and readding my Diners card to no avail. HRK ceased to exist as a valid currency as of January 16th 2023.
