Qatar National Bank

I am trying to link my account through Qatar National Bank, but every time I add my account to the bank’s website, the bank tells me that PayPal does not have an account with this name.

what can I do?

I'm sorry to know that you're facing issues to link your Qatar National bank account. As per the information that you've shared, it possible that the name on the PayPal account is not matching with your name on the bank account. I would suggest checking the if the detail on both accounts matches such as name, address, email address etc. If you are facing issues to link your bank account to PayPal, kindly take a look at this Help Center Article for reference.

I checked that the name and address match between my bank account and PayPal, and the problem still exists.
Whenever I try to contact customer service in PayPal it tells me that there is no agent available, and I cannot find any way to send a complaint!
Please Help!

please let me know how to contact customer service in PayPal?  there is no agent available all the time!
