Cannot get PayPal to connect with Coinbase in order to withdraw/send funds

Have setup PayPal to buy crypto on Coinbase easily, I can buy all the crypto I want but when it comes to selling, I simply cannot get PayPal to connect with Coinbase in order to withdraw/send funds from Coinbase to my PayPal Account. VERY scary… Please help!
