As a Nigerian national based in the UK, I encountered an issue with my PayPal account. After receiving $1,000 from US-based business partners, my funds were put on hold. Despite uploading my Nigerian voter's card for verification, PayPal suspended my account. Could you please explain why? Additionally, what steps can I take to resolve this issue and withdraw my funds to my UK bank account?
