On my Danish PayPal, I want to add a brand new bank account that I got in Nordea, but PayPal says I need additional help with it. It doesn't say what's wrong. And I tried calling support, but they are closed in the weekends.
Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
You can however in most countries add a U.S bank account (not card) to your paypal account. This is because paypal is a U.S company and allows that option for U.S Paypal account holders working in other countries.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
Yes thanks, I know. I said I had a danish account, and a new Nordea bank account which you'd know is danish if you'd google searched it. Also, I've been in Denmark for 2 months now, and the phone number and address on Paypal have been changed to my danish details.
I see, I had no idea. In that case I guess it makes sense that I can't add it. But then PayPal should have a database somewhere so this shouldn't be an issue. I'm not the only one with a bank account there by far.
