Linking a bank issue

I am adding citi bank in paypal account with precise routing number and account number but the paypal is showing please check your information and try again i have tried many times with accurate information but still not working.I have tried to change the bank in payoneer but they are giving me same bank with different account number .Kindly suggest me any solution.thanks

Paypal does not support Wise / Payoneer (or any other virtual banks).
Whilst you can sometimes add an account it wouldn't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying.
If you do succeed then Paypal wouldn't be responsible for any missing funds to or from that virtual / digital bank account.
