How on earth can someone get help from Paypal support?
Suddenly, my account somehow turned to -80 euro. It's ok, i maybe missed something. But as i'm trying to figure it out, i have no idea what to do.
First of all, i just can't check whether my transactions were using card or paypal balance. I have no idea when this -80 euros appeared. Because attached card is ok and had money all the time.
Second, i just can't ask support about that, lol. I can only open a dispute for specific transaction or call the support. Ho can i write to them?
Third, i just can't add money to my account, lol - paypal just declines transaction from the card.
