My account is in negativ for no reason.

I haven't made any payments to my account since August 21st. and shortly after I canceled my bank account, which was linked to my paypal account, I received an email (August 25th) that "A recent transaction with your bank account didn't go through. As a result, we have removed this bank account from your PayPal account".
Now my Paypal account is negative 10.63 euros, from a transaction I never made.

Check if it was a subscription that has been set up?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

 

Also have you clicked on the transaction in your paypal account to see any details of what it was for?

I checked my subscriptions, actually there were two still active. But only on paypal. I had already canceled them last month, so I wasnt even paying for them anymore. And even so, they together do not give the amount that I am being charged. They only give 4.24 euros.
And I can't click on the "transaction" made, because it doesn't exist. It doesn't show up in my history. The last thing that appears, the last transaction, was that of a book that I bought, which was already paid for, and it is also not the same price as the charge. And a transaction of 0,76+, following an email I received right after the first email on 25th august said: "We have converted part of your balance into another currency in order to collect an amount owed to us."

@Mariclaud, I'm sorry to hear there's some confusion surrounding your recent negative account balance. If you're unable to find the transaction in your recent history, it may be best to reach out to our Customer Support teams for assistance. Hopefully they can find the transaction that caused this issue.
