Hi, how can I load cash to my PayPal account while travelling in the US. My PayPal app doesn't have the add cash option and I assume it's because my home country and details are indicated as from Kenya. I would like to make some purchases and can only use PayPal but my balance is low and I only have cash on me as I'm just visiting.
Paypal is country specific so if you try and use it in another country you would probably hit security issues and may risk your paypal account being limited.
