I understand that you're trying to add funds to your PayPal account. Generally, in some countries, you can add money to your PayPal balance from a confirmed bank account only. Have you confirmed your bank account successfully? If not, kindly try to confirm it first and then try to add funds. Please note some of these features may or may not apply, depending on your PayPal account type and country.
