When you try to add your card in apple you get an error saying that your card can not be used or you get please enter a valid number. (Read it all) To use your PayPal Cash card as your primary card with apple you are going to HAVE to ADD a regular debit card from a legit bank. If you don’t have a bank card find someone that trust you, use theirs, they can watch you do this. When you add the bank card, go and spend 99 cents but make sure you check your settings and that your PayPal cash card or PayPal balance is used first. After that purchase it will show up in your wallet that it used your PayPal balance. Now go to the bank card you saved and delete it. It will now let you use your cash card/PayPal balance. As long as you don’t have a reoccurring subscription that takes out once a month and you don’t have enough to cover it, you will be ok. When you do not have the funds it wants to use that bank card balance but you deleted it so who ever bills you doesn’t get there money and Apple reports it and your right back to having to do this all again. Just keep money in there so you always have it to pay your reoccurring subscription fees. That’s it. And your welcome.
