Transferring crypto to an address outside of PayPal

So if it says you do not have enough bitcoin to transfer the amount you want, you may have to take into account this network fee in the amount you’re transferring. For example, in order to transfer $20 in bitcoin, perhaps you need $20 + the amount in network fees in bitcoin to transfer. If you only have $20 in bitcoin, you’ll have to lower the amount of the transfer to say $18 in bitcoin, for example.
