Elevate pay linking issue

Why I can’t link my Elevate Pay US bank account with my Paypal? I searched online but couldn’t find any help. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Sounds like an online or virtual U.S bank account which is not supported on Paypal?

You can only add a U.S bank account that was opened IN the U.S, this option is for U.S citizens living and working abroad.
