Unable to send BTC in browser or Android App

I am unable to send BTC even though I have a positive balance and I meet the minimum threshold. In the browser, I get this message

 

"Looks like you don’t have enough crypto with us to send. First, buy or receive crypto." 

 

I have a crypto, so this message is an error.

 

When I try to use the Android app, it just cycles constantly asking what crypto to send, not even letting me choose an amount.

 

Tried clearing cache for both, no resolved.

I do understand that you have difficulty sending your crypto. Requesting you to kindly reach out to our customer support team to know about the possible solutions to the concern raised. You can reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account.
