Unable to save personal information in order to confirm identity

Hello!

 

I was requested to confirm my identity and when I input my personal information and click next it starts to load and then just returns me to the form - nothing happens. Using the browser debugger shows a webservice call that returns a 502 error but nothing verbose. I recently sold some stuff which triggered the required confirmation of identity and the funds are locked in my paypal wallet now since I am unable to do that.. Which is really unfortunate. What can I do?

I do understand that you are facing issue with confirming your identity on PayPal. Please try the troubleshooting steps such as clearing the cache and cookies or by using a different browser or device and try again at later time. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support during business hours by clicking contact at the bottom of the PayPal homepage or by referring the link https://www.paypal.com/cshelp to get this resolved.
