Debit card confirmation charged $2 and unlinked after 5 failed pin attempts.

I don't currently have bank statements available and i tried to cancel the confirmation but it did not say anywhere i could cancel and after i inputted the wrong pin 5 times it unlinked it and did not refund the $2 and wont let me relink the card

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some difficulty confirming your debit card. It sounds like the best option at this point would be to reach out to our Customer Support teams to see if they can re-add that card and re-send that code.
