Citi bank not responding to custom FIRC request emails

I wanted FIRCs belonging to year November 2021 to March 2022 and applied for the same as per PayPal and Citi bank protocol and emailed them, paid fees, but the Citi bank people are not responding or acknowledging emails. What to do next?
