I have tried for days to link my TD Bank bank account ... when I use the credentials, it finds the account and then says "can't link at this time" There is only one other PayPal account linked to that bank account.
Firstly you are only allowed 2 paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is a business account so be careful you have not opened more than that.
Secondly you can only link a bank account with x1 paypal account at a time.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
