Can't link commerzbank account to my paypal wallet

Hello,

The Commerzbank account is not linked to any other paypal account. From the wallet, I chose Commerzbank in the list, entered my user number and authenticated with the application. I confirmed that I want to link my bank account, but on the next page I got the message "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now."

Sometimes our security system can prevent information from being linked to your account if we are unable to authenticate you and cannot confirm that the action is being taken by the account holder. 

If you are having difficulty linking your bank account, I recommend Support Specialists directly. We will be able to review the error you are experiencing and provide you with more specific advice on how to proceed. 

To do so, please visit our website and click 'Contact' at the bottom of any page. There, you'll be able to see the contact options available to you for reaching our Support.

The only option I see is to call by phone. Are there any other options? By email for instance.

While depending on where you are located in the world, different customer service options, the best way to handle an issue potentially involving PayPal's internal security system, is by contacting PayPal customer support via phone. 

I hope you can get in touch with our customer service group to clear this up in a timely manner.
