Bank transfer to PayPal but not under Beneficiary Name

Hello PayPal community,

I recently began using paypal and it said that to transfer money from my bank account (from a German bank) to my PayPal account, I needed to do it under the beneficiary name "PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.". However, special characters like "à" are not allowed as input for the name. Therefore, I just put my name on it. I selected the option "fast transfer" but after 6-7 hours, I still do not see my balance in PayPal being updated.

Can anyone help me what to I should do from this point?

I do understand that your transaction from bank to PayPal account is not completed. Requesting you to kindly reach out to our support team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).
