Hello @Quadrano 
I understand you would like to remove a card from your PayPal account. Before you remove a card, please ensure there are no billing agreements being paid from your card and there should be no pending transaction. 
The detailed information is mentioned on this link please refer the same and make the necessary changes on your account and try removing the card. -Kamal

Thank you for your post! I think @KamalGangu may have unintentionally misread your post. You seem to be having difficulty linking a card, not unlinking it. I'm happy to help!
