Adding a New Zealand bank account to PayPal - How?

Hi, I want to add a New Zealand bank account to my PayPal account. It asks for a 6-digit sort code and an 8-digit account number. While I know the sort code is the first 6 digits of my NZ account number, the rest of my NZ account number comes to 9 digits, not 8, so I can't get it to work. Any advice much appreciated!
