Add and confirm card

I added my card to PayPal, innitially PP took 1$ from it but i got it back in few seconds. Then i confirmed my card, PP took 1.50$ and i got a message with CODE to confirm card, i confirmed it but didn't get my 1.50$ back, and they aren't on my account either. Are those 1.50$ going into my PP account or back to bank account ?
