Hello TaserBone here, So what happened is i just linked my newly created visa to PayPal and it send me verification message like this "The Secret OTP is ****** for your txn of INR 2.0 at PayPal on card ending XXXX. Valid only for 3 minutes. Do not share the OTP with anyone :PPBL:" But my account didn't get deducted with 2.0 INR i want to be sure what is the problem
