"done_page.title.content.need_more_data" error

When trying to accept the PayPal documentation to purchase crypto currency, the page returns a "done_page.title.content.need_more_data" error and does not allow me to continue. I have a fully verified account with an attached debit card, bank account, and social security number. I cannot find any information online regarding this error. What's the deal?

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache and browsing history to see if that helps?
