metrobank trying to link to paypal but no 4 digit code, it says ET MCI SALE

can anyone help me, i've been trying to link my metrobank card to paypal and it paypal deducted me a 100 pesos charge but metrobank is not sending me email along with the 4 digit code, which i really need to confirm my card.. so i can be verified on paypal and do transactions
