I cannot link mastercard. It's refuse all the time. Can someone help how to activate mastercard!?

The addition of a card might have been blocked by our security system to make sure that your account is safe and secure. Please make sure that you are entering the information correctly while adding the card to your account, if the card is blocked, usually it takes 72 hours for the security block to get removed. If you are still unable to add the card, you can contact us directly by clicking on Contact Us at the bottom of the PayPal website. Alternatively, you can send a PM via Facebook or DM via Twitter for further assistance.
