haven't received 2 smaller deposits from paypal even after entering correct bank details

I've setup my account on paypal yesterday. Linked my bank account with paypal but i haven't received 2 deposits from paypal. Due to this I m not able to send or receive money as account is not verified.

I've also tried to setup my debit card but there is says card is not authentic.. but i am using this card for other transactions.

Please help.

Did you wait the 3-5 business days for the code to show on a bank account in India?

No. It's been 2 days since I added my account. Also the link https://www.paypal.com/in/smarthelp/article/how-do-i-confirm-the-india-bank-account-linked-to-my-pay... is not working.. It says 

This article doesn't exist or has been unpublished.

As per link you have to wait 5 business days  for the code to show.
