problem with settings and transfer money

Hello,
on 06.02 I received money from the program for which I worked for almost two years while living in the United States. The program is Au Pair in America. I worked as a babysitter for children in 2018/2020 in two different families. One was from New Jersey and the other was from California. Since October 2020, I am not in the USA and have returned to my country, Poland, so the data that was entered into Paypal was inactive from the time I left US  from the bank account to the phone number). I would like to know how I can get my Au Pair Settlement money. I've tried many ways, but nothing works. I have tried to contact you many times about this and no one has helped me.
My friend lives in the United States and she will give her bank account to transfer money to her account without problems,
but every time I want to top up her card you require a confirmation code that you send to a phone number that is not active and was only in my possession while staying with one of the families I worked for. I entered a new primary phone number, but you are still using the old number for verification. Please, help me in solving this problem.

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts / cancel any subscriptions and close the old Paypal account before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
