can't confirm my bank account

Hello everyone!

Im from Estonia and using Swedbank as my bank account and i have problems confirming my bank account. I have waited for 3 days i believe and still no paymen that was meant to confirm that this account is mine. I really wanna get this problem solved since it is the only way i could get money off of my paypal account.

I dont think it fixes my problem since i dont see the deposits and am not too trustful to enter my user id and password so idk. Been trying to talk to customer service and hasnt had issue so far. today wanted to start a new conversation but was closed immediately as if custome service doesnt want to help me or sth idk

Was eventually solved by 3rd paypal customer service person. Have my account linked now after the confirmation payment was sent manually
