Hi! I accidentally typed a 4-digit code in confirming my Amex card that linked to my Paypal. When I checked again my card, there is no button to put the 4-digit code. I am worried because, right now, I'm waiting for the 4-digit codes to send it to me. What should I do to bring it back the button for that?

Hello @danmayk11,
Welcome! Thank you for joining the PayPal Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some hiccups confirming your AMEX card. I can understand how that can be a bit concerning. If you try to confirm your card without the proper code too many times, normally that means you may need to start over and resend a new code.
I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams to send another code.
Best wishes!

Hi @udaryan,
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear that there's confusion regarding the card confirmation process, but I'll be happy to answer your questions.
When you first initiate the confirmation, the charge is sent to your card. It may show up fairly quickly, but the details will likely not fully resolve for a few days. In the details is where you will find the confirmation code, but only after it fully resolves. Once that code shows up will you be able to complete the confirmation.
When the confirmation is complete, the funds return. It usually happens soon after the confirmation is complete - within a few days, but some cards may not return the funds until a full billing cycle elapses. There is no way to expedite the process.
To contact PayPal Customer Service, please take a look at this Help Center article for options.
I hope this is helpful!
Olivia
