I understand you're interested in adding a card to your PayPal account. While we don't have a list of what cards are accepted and which are not, you can find out by attempting to add the card. You can learn how to add the card by following the instructions on our Help Center here: How do I link a debit or credit card to my PayPal account? If you receive an error message, you will likely need to add a different card or bank. Please keep in mind that most debit cards associated with brick-and-mortar banks will be accepted. However, most virtual banks are not compatible.
