Card already connected to the account

Anyone had a case where there cc was connected to other PayPal account? I had that case, and sadly cant find that other account, Today I messaged support and only response I got is that i need to remove cc from other account...and no further response...and yesterday I got message from them that they should call me for some additional verification...and again...no further response? Now did anyone had a case like this before, and what is that "additional verification" that they need to do? I asked here because i have some feal that i will get my answer faster here than by them.

Sorry to hear that you're not able to link your card to your PayPal account. A card can only be linked to 1 PayPal account at a time. You need to remove your card from other account to get it linked to your current account. In this situation, your best option would be to reaching our team via phone to get this solved and you can get the number by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page.
