Unlink my cards from my old accounts.

Hi. I'd like to unlink my cards from the 2 accounts:

1. One from the account I've already deleted.

2. From the account I no longer use, but I cant remember which one was it, and thus I cannot login into it.

Could you please help me solve this issue? Thanks in advance.

Guys i used my card in a buissness account and i deleted it and did new account when i tried to link it again it says its alr used i need help
