I have received some payments made through the PayPal app. I accepted the payments, and then receive a popup about needing to verify the account. Since I do not use online access with my checking account, I selected to have the small deposits made into my account. After entering my routing number and US checking account number, I receive the following message: "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later." I am able to receive payments made via debit/credit card, but if someone makes a payment using PayPal, I am unable to access. HELP!

Hello @emanns,
Welcome! Thank you for joining PayPal's Community Forum. I can understand how receiving that error when adding your bank must be a bit frustrating. At first glance, it sounds like this error may be related to a browser issue. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache, cookies, and browsing history yet? Here's also a Help Center article with a few other tips for Adding a bank. If those don't help, you may want to try another browser or device, and then reach out to our Customer Support teams for further guidance.
My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause,
- Jon K
