Trouble linking bank account to PayPal Mastercard debit

Have a PayPal Mastercard. Trying to link new bank account and it won’t link it won’t even show up in the list of bank accounts to choose from but my PayPal account is linked. There’s still pending transactions from old account. Do I have to wait until they’re go through to have the option to link a new one? It’s odd it won’t let me link my current account

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some road-blocks linking a new bank to PayPal. You should be able to add a new bank with the old bank account still present on PayPal. Have you tried adding it manually? Here's a couple articles I think you may find useful:
