I understand your frustration. I recommend that you do not attempt to link another person's bank account your your account or use anyone else's information in an attempt to receive, send, add, or withdraw money. Circumventing the built-in parameters of your PayPal account can result in restriction from the use of PayPal, potentially permanently. I would hate for you to end up in a worse situation, where you would possibly be unable to use PayPal at all again. Please review the PayPal User Agreement for more information, by clicking Legal at the bottom of the PayPal website.

Same problem except mine is a new Chase account. I have no idea what's going on. Maybe the account is too new and needs a few days?
