Prepaid Gift Card Confirmation Code

Added prepaid gift card to wallet. Got two confirmation codes. Confirmed one of the codes. The other is pending. Can I get that money back?

I understand your concern about the refund of the confirmation charges. The full amount of all the charges will be refunded once you have entered your PayPal code and confirmed your card. It usually takes 3-5 business days for the charges to show up in your card statement, but may up to 30 days depending on your card issuer.
