Please add a bank or card to complete your purchase

Hello everyone! When I try to buy something online via PayPal, it asks me to add a bank or card. Even though I have a linked bank account already. It says: "Please add a bank or card to complete your purchase". It drives me nuts. I've tried even deleting this way of payment and setting it up once again. 

If it's relevant:

Country: Germany

Bank: Sparkasse

I didn't get a plastic card yet

Sorry to hear that you're not able to complete the payment using your bank account. To provide one of the safest online payment services our internal security system reviews every transaction before it's approved. It looks like our system is not allowing your bank account to fund the payment.

 

I recommend that you to try again at a later date by clearing your cache and cookies from your internet browser or try to use a different internet browser/device. If the problem still persists, please try to complete the payment using different payment method.
