I want to link my PayPal with Payoneer. I have fully verified PayPal but not have a fully functional Payoneer. I want to receive payment in PayPal and that payment will be sent by Payoneer to my PayPal account. After that, can I withdraw that amount to my default verified account? But I don't know what is the process?
Paypal does not support Payoneer (or other virtual banks), you can sometimes add an account but it won't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying.
