Hi,I m trying to link my paypal account to my payoneer one. They told me i should link it as a Bank Account, but i cant find the option to enter a new bank acc.
Paypal does not support Wise / Payoneer (or any other virtual banks). Whilst you can sometimes add an account it wouldn't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying. If you do succeed then Paypal wouldn't be responsible for any missing funds to or from that virtual / digital bank account.

Only 1 guy continually replies on this payoneer topics, whilst ive seen it work before we all need proper information on how to go about transferring founds instead of telling us whats not allowed and safety risks
Yes it 'may' work for a while, but maybe you have not seen all the posts of folks that added it successfully and then their funds were not able to be withdrawn or lost on transfer.
Feel free to go ahead and try, doesn't bother me if you lose your money.
