NOT ABLE TO LINK BANK ACCOUNT

Why am I not able to link my bank account?? Error box keeps popping up, however all of my info is correct.

Are you adding a bank account issued in the U.S and not a USD currency account OR an online/digital bank account?

Have you confirmed the bank with the 4 digit code?

Is or has the bank been added to any other paypal accounts?
